SALIENT FEATURES OF LIBERTY21 DOORS AND WINDOWS USING ENCRAFT PROFILE
- 100% lead free with RoHS stamping (Restriction of Hazardous substances). Manufactured as per BS EN 12608 (CLASS – II) specifications which is British standard and European National standard. Class II specifications means at -10 degree Centigrade, a 1 kg steel ball is dropped from 1 metre height 10 times and the profile should not break or crack.
- The profile is tested for weathering and impact resistance as per the above standard.
- All our profiles are multi compartment in construction which gives structural strength and stability and high amount of insulation. Basically it keeps the cold air inside and hot air outside. This improves the energy efficiency and thus saving your electricity bill by upto 27%
- We can use glazing from 4mm to 36mm. Most of the other brands cannot give this
- We supply all windows with grey colour FPVC gasket (flexible PVC). We give 10 year warranty on the gasket also. Most other manufacturers supply with black colour EPDM gasket which is old technology like in pressure cooker or washing machine and this becomes hard and brittle in sometime and the glass becomes loose and sealing goes away.
- We use full box type reinforcement of 1.5mm thickness. Unlike others who use L Shape or C shape.
- All the screws which go in while manufacturing – go into the steel from the uPVC. This gives very long life and the window system does not become loose in time due to usage. This is not the case with others.
- Our profiles have high content of Titanium Dioxide which deflects maximum amount of UV Rays. This can be easily checked by a simple sun burn test using a magnifying glass. The other profiles will start burning within 07 – 10 seconds where as our profile will burn after 21 seconds.
- All our windows can with stand wind pressure of over 3000 Pascal’s or 245 Kmph. We are doing this quality from the past 6 years and competition has started this recently
- During installation we use fasterners and not screws. Also, we use silicon sealant (Rs.105/- per bottle) outside and acrylic sealant (Rs.165/- per bottle) on the inside. Competition just use general purpose sealant on the inside and outside which costs only Rs.90/- per bottle.
- We have the largest range of colours i.e., 6 wood finish and white.
- In the sliding, we have the largest range of 1track, 2track, 2.5 track and 3 track, similarly in the casement we have 42mm, 62mm and 84mm. Recently, we have launched twin sash openable window with provision for built in security grill which is for the first time in India.
- Encraft profile is made from raw materials imported from Belgium and other parts of the Europe and manufactured from machines imported from Austria.
- We make windows with German machines and even our tools are made in Germany and UK. This gives a superior finish to our windows & doors.
